Generations of Excellence in Catholic Education
My name is Anne Cassidy. I graduated from West Chester University with a BA in English and I have my Masters in Education from Neumann University as well. I taught at Cardinal O’Hara High School for a little over seven years until I got married and moved across the country. I have been a stay at home mom to my three children for the past twelve years, but am now looking forward to getting back to a full time teaching position!
I have always enjoyed working with kids. While teaching in high school, I also coached JV lacrosse and I was involved with the community service corps there as well. More recently I coached Girls on the Run at my daughter’s elementary school, which is such a wonderful program that empowers young girls to believe in themselves and encourages them to be confident in their efforts, emotionally, mentally and physically. This past year I also worked part time as a preschool aide which was a wonderful experience. Working with kids of all ages has been such a joy and I’m very excited to get back to doing something I love. I’m looking forward to an amazing new school year at St. Agnes!
