Grade 8 – Mrs. Emily Freney
Emily Freney graduated from West Chester University in 2009 and still lives in West Chester with her husband, son, and daughter. This is her 4th year teaching in the diocese and her 6th year in education. She is very excited to continue teaching and sharing her faith at a Catholic school. In her free time Emily enjoys spending time with family, reading, crafts, watching and playing sports. She especially loves rooting for the Philadelphia Union! Emily is looking forward to another great year at St. Agnes School.
Grade 8 – Ms. Ellen Taylor
Ms. Taylor received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Special Education from Saint Joseph’s University. She also earned her Master of Science degree in Education from Saint Joseph’s. Previously, Ms. Taylor taught third grade at Saint Cornelius School in Chadds Ford, PA for two years before joining the faculty of Saint Agnes. At St. Agnes, she has taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grades Social Studies, Religion, Science, and English Language Arts.
Ms. Taylor enjoys teaching and learning with the students of the junior high as well as working with Mrs. Hosking on the eighth grade musical!
Fun Fact: Ms. Taylor is a graduate of Saint Agnes School (Class of 2005)!
